RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat to Visit Punjab for Two-Day Tour

Chandigarh: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat will embark on a two-day visit to Punjab on February 25 and 26, during which he is scheduled to attend key organisational and public engagements in Pathankot and Ludhiana.

According to the programme details, Bhagwat will begin his visit on February 25 in Pathankot. He is slated to address a gathering of former servicemen, where discussions are expected to focus on national issues and social responsibilities. Later in the evening, the RSS chief will participate in a meeting with prominent district-level swayamsevaks (volunteers) as part of organisational outreach activities.

On February 26, Bhagwat will travel to Ludhiana to attend the Punjab Citizens’ Conference. The event is likely to see participation from various sections of civil society, with deliberations centred on social harmony, nation-building and community engagement.

The visit is being viewed as part of the RSS leadership’s continued engagement with grassroots volunteers and different community groups across states. Local organisers have begun preparations for the events, with security and logistical arrangements being coordinated in advance of the RSS chief’s arrival.
