Sanjay Raut attacks CBI FIR in Disha Salian case, says it’s an attempt to defame the Thackeray family

Shiv Sena (UBT) Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut has raised questions about the CBI’s FIR in the Disha Salian death case. He alleged that this action is part of an attempt to tarnish the Thackeray family’s image.

Raut said that the Disha Salian case has already been investigated by the Mumbai Police. He questioned the reopening of the investigation and termed it a political conspiracy.

Allegations of Targeting Aditya Thackeray

Sanjay Raut alleged that an attempt is being made to politically target Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aditya Thackeray through this case. He said that an attempt is being made to defame the Thackeray family in the name of investigation.

BJP rejects allegations of political vendetta

Meanwhile, BJP leaders have rejected allegations of political vendetta. They said that the CBI investigation should be allowed to do its work and that only after the investigation will the truth of the matter be revealed.

The CBI has begun an investigation into Disha Salian’s death. However, final conclusions regarding any individual’s role or responsibility will only be made after the investigation is complete.
