AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh claimed that the Prime Minister changed the Delhi Police Commissioner to facilitate Sonam Wangchuk’s arrest. Delhi Police said the activist was shifted to Safdarjung Hospital following medical advice and High Court directions.
