Vijayawada: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday filed a charge-sheet against second accused in a 2025 Andhra Pradesh case involving the recovery of explosives intended for use in terror acts.

In the charge sheet filed before the Special NIA Court in Vijayawada, accused Shaik Mansoor alias Mohammed Ali alias Vijayakumar has been named under relevant sections of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, the NIA said in a statement.
