The entire case
Regarding the development of Ranjit Avenue Block-C and the 97-acre scheme, when the financial bids for the Rs 52.40 crore tender were opened on December 18, Sharma Contractor became the H-1 bidder by offering a 1.08% discount, while Rajinder Infrastructure offered a 0.25% discount and therefore could not secure the tender.
Meanwhile, Seagull India and Ganesh Kartikeya Construction Pvt. Ltd. were disqualified before the financial bid due to incomplete documents and technical deficiencies.
