Shimla: Crime scene recreated in Manisha murder case; interrogation of shooters intensified

In the murder case of Manisha, the administrator of Saraswati Paradise International School in Sanjauli (Shanan), a police team took both shooters to the crime scene. Amidst tight security, information was gathered regarding the execution of the crime, as well as the routes the accused took to arrive at and flee the location.

The police also possess CCTV footage of the incident, which has already undergone thorough scrutiny. Now, the police are attempting to identify the mastermind behind the crime by interrogating the accused. The arrested individuals are Ashish Ahlawat (22), a resident of Dujana village in Jhajjar district, Haryana, and Deepak (25), a resident of Sunaria Khurd in Rohtak district, Haryana.

According to sources, the accused are attempting to mislead the police during interrogation. Consequently, the police are cross-verifying the answers provided by them. The investigation is currently proceeding along the lines of contract killing and personal enmity. The court has remanded both accused to police custody for seven days. The police claim that the mystery behind the murder will soon be solved and all the accused will be put behind bars.

Rewari: Following the murder of her mother, Manisha Mittal, the 17-year-old daughter has refused to go to her father, Dr. Subhash Yadav. Dr. Subhash Yadav declined to comment extensively on the matter, stating, “I do not wish to say anything at this moment.” Meanwhile, the police have arrested two shooters in connection with the case and are interrogating them. It is worth noting that Dr. Subhash Yadav had been living apart from his wife, Manisha, who had filed a claim for maintenance in court. The murder, which took place in Shimla, has become a subject of widespread discussion.

Both accused attempting to mislead the police
The incident occurred on June 13, when two masked shooters shot and killed Manisha Mittal, the administrator of Saraswati Paradise International School, at the school gate. Following the incident, the accused fled the scene. Taking swift action, the police registered a murder case against unknown persons and initiated an investigation. Both shooters were arrested in Rohtak, Haryana, through an analysis of CCTV footage and technical leads.

The school has remained closed since the incident; however, the management claims it will reopen on Thursday. SSP Gaurav Singh stated that the police are thoroughly investigating every aspect of the case and that the mystery behind the murder will soon be solved. Both shooters have been arrested and are undergoing intensive interrogation.
