Sirsa Youth Dies by Suicide, Body Found Hanging at Home

In the Dabwali area of Sirsa district, a 19-year-old youth committed suicide by hanging under suspicious circumstances. The deceased has been identified as Pradhan Singh, and he was the only son of his parents. Upon receiving the information, Dabwali police reached the spot.

According to information, this incident took place on Friday night. The father of the deceased, Angrez Singh, in Ward Number Five’s Kabir Nagar, runs a grocery shop at home. On Friday evening, family members had gone to the market for some work, and Angrez Singh was also not at home. During this time, their 19-year-old son, Pradhan Singh, was alone at home. At the same time, he hanged himself from the fan in his room from behind and committed suicide.

No disclosure of the reasons for suicide

Around 8 PM, when the family members returned home from the market, they saw their son Pradhan hanging from a fan. The family immediately raised an alarm, after which the neighbors gathered and informed the police. The reasons for the death have not yet been determined. The police are engaged in recording the statements of the family members. The post-mortem of the deceased will be conducted today, Saturday.

Earlier, he used to work at a CSC center

The deceased Pradhan Singh used to work at a CSC center, but for the past two days, he had not been going to work and was staying at home. As soon as the information was received, Dabwali police reached the spot, took possession of the body, and had it kept in the morgue of the government hospital in Dabwali. The police are investigating the case.
