SIT submits 2500-Page chargesheet against YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra

The Special Investigation Team has submitted a charge sheet of about 2500 pages in the court against YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra, arrested on charges of spying for Pakistan. The SIT has given the charge sheet on Thursday, August 14, the 90th day of Jyoti’s arrest. The charge sheet is based on the data, call records, and Pakistan visit found on Jyoti Malhotra’s mobile and laptop.

Jyoti Spying for Pakistan for long time

The charge sheet states that Jyoti was spying for Pakistan for a long time. She was in contact with the Pakistani agency. She used to answer the questions asked by Pak agents. She used to have long conversations with Pakistani spies. On searching Jyoti’s mobile, a record of a long conversation with Ehsan-ur-Rahim Danish Ali posted in the Pakistan High Commission has been found.

Apart from this, Jyoti used to talk to Shakir, Hasan Ali and Nasir Dhillon. Jyoti Malhotra’s lawyer Kumar Mukesh said that he has not received a copy of the charge sheet yet. After getting the copy of the charge sheet, we will read it and answer every question.
