Both teams made changes in the second half
Changes were made by both teams at the start of the second half. The Netherlands took out Donyell Malen and included Woth Weghorst in his place, while Luke Shaw replaced Kieran Trippier from England.
20 minutes before the end of the second half, England called out first half stars Harry Kane and Phil Foden and replaced them with Ollie Watkins and Cole Palmer. England’s decision proved to be right, when in the added time of the match, Ollie Watkins scored a goal and gave the team a 2-1 lead and took the team to the final.
