Ranchi: IAS officer and former secretary to Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, Vinay Kumar Chaubey, was arrested by the state’s Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Tuesday in connection with an ongoing liquor scam investigation.
