SAD Chief Sukhbir Badal Joins Ravidas Jayanti Grand Religious Procession in Jalandhar

Jalandhar: Akali Dal president Sukhbir Singh Badal participated in and flagged off the Satguru Ravidas Jayanti procession from Shri Ravidas Dham in Boota Mandi, Jalandhar.

Addressing devotees, Badal said Punjab is a land where people of all religions live together in love and brotherhood, calling it the state’s greatest strength.

Badal said millions of devotees participate in the grand procession every year, which begins from Ravidas Dham and holds deep religious and social significance.

Badal Welcomes PM Modi’s Visit to Punjab

Responding to questions about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Jalandhar, Sukhbir Badal said the PM is welcome in Punjab and expressed happiness over his arrival.

BJP leader Vijay Sampla and several other political and religious leaders were present during the procession and paid obeisance at the Dham.

‘Punjab Is Our Home, It Must Remain Strong’

Badal urged people to unite for the strength of Punjab, saying, “Punjab is our home. Only when our home is strong will everything be fine.”
