Sunny Leone Says ‘Splitsvilla’ Has Evolved With Changing Mindsets, Dating Styles

Mumbai: Actress Sunny Leone, who will be seen hosting the 16th season of MTV Splitsvilla, says the dating-based reality show has evolved over the years with changing mindsets, dating styles and the realities of modern love. Speaking at the launch of MTV Splitsvilla X6: Pyaar ya Paisa, Sunny said the show has always been close to her heart as it reflects how love, relationships and choices change with every generation.

She added that this season’s “Pyaar ya Paisa” twist will push contestants to their limits. “The stakes are higher than ever—emotions will be tested, bonds will be challenged and surprises will come from the most unexpected places. I’m excited to take this journey once again and can’t wait for viewers to witness the drama, passion and twists from January 9 onwards,” she said.

    Karan Kundrra Returns as Co-Host

Actor Karan Kundrra will join Sunny Leone as co-host for the upcoming season. Calling his return to MTV after six years a “true homecoming,” Karan said he is excited to be back on the platform. “What excites me most is seeing how contestants navigate love when money enters the picture and challenges their choices,” he said.

Nia Sharma, Uorfi Javed Add Mischief to the Game

The show will also feature Nia Sharma and Uorfi Javed as the “mischief-makers,” who will stir up drama and test the contestants at every step. With 32 single boys and girls competing to win ‘Pyaar ya Paisa’, the season promises heightened emotions and unexpected twists.

Karan added that with the show airing three times a week, viewers can expect “more drama, fun and surprises.” MTV Splitsvilla X6: Pyaar ya Paisa is set to premiere on January 9 and will air on MTV and JioHotstar.
