New Delhi: Victims of the 1984 anti-Sikh riots in Delhi expressed their gratitude to the Modi government after receiving job appointment letters from Lieutenant Governor (L-G) V.K. Saxena. On Thursday, Saxena visited Tilak Vihar, a colony for these victims, and distributed letters to around 50 individuals. Deepak Sethi, a recipient, remarked that the job letter.
