New Delhi: The Delhi Rouse Avenue court on Tuesday granted an anticipatory bail to Aam Aadmi Party legislator Amanatullah Khan in a public servant obstruction case. Earlier, Delhi police registered a case against Amanatullah Khan for obstructing public servants in the Jamia Nagar area on February 10, 2025. Special judge Jitendra Singh granted anticipatory bail.
