New Delhi: In a significant judgment, the Delhi High Court on Thursday set aside an order issued by the Ministry of External Affairs impounding the passport of Yogesh Raheja, erstwhile Director of Raheja Developers. Justice Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav held that the action was legally unsustainable and reaffirmed the legal position governing pendency of criminal proceedings.
