Dehradun: The Uttarakhand administration has appealed to pilgrims and tourists visiting the Char Dham Yatra to remain cautious and travel safely due to the possibility of heavy rainfall and adverse weather conditions in several parts of the hill state. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange alert for May 12 and 13, warning.
