Patna: Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar on Sunday credited the special intensive revision (SIR) of electoral rolls for a significant rise in voter turnout in Bihar elections. Addressing media persons on arrival in Patna on a two-day visit to Bihar, CEC Gyanesh Kumar said the turnout in Bihar elections was even higher than that.
