Shimla: Himachal Pradesh PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh said MP from Mandi Constituency Actress Kangana Ranaut raised issues which are not concerned with her constituency nor Himachal. Vikramaditya Singh said, Kangana talks about all issues, but she does not speak about the people of her parliamentary constituency. The minister said that such a big disaster occurred.
