Kolkata: Tension has erupted in Nandigram, East Midnapore district, following the discovery of the body of Mahadeb Bishoyi, a 52-year-old local Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader, under suspicious circumstances. Bishoyi was known for his active involvement in the TMC at the Gokulnagar village panchayat. On Thursday morning, his body was found in front of his food.
