Saying Punjab is heading for a bumper wheat crop, state Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs Minister Lal Chand Kataruchak on Friday stressed the government has made preparations to facilitate over eight lakh farmers during the ongoing wheat procurement season.
