Ranchi: IAS officer and former secretary to Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, Vinay Kumar Chaubey, was arrested by the state’s Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Tuesday in connection with an ongoing liquor scam investigation. Chaubey was taken into custody after an extensive round of questioning by the ACB. He was later presented before a special ACB.
