New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) Delhi President Saurabh Bhardwaj on Monday alleged that the Election Commission of India (ECI) is using the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar as a tool to manipulate voter lists ahead of the upcoming Assembly polls in the state. Speaking to the media, Bhardwaj said.
