Dehradun: The Uttarakhand Government on Friday has recommended the dismissal of former Municipal Commissioner Varun Chaudhary immediately from his service. The action has been taken against the Haridwar Land Scam. Further, the Government also imposed a major punishment on former District Magistrate (DM) Karmendra Singh after he was found guilty of serious negligence in discharge.
