Shimla: The strike of resident doctors in medical colleges and hospitals of Himachal Pradesh is having impact on health services across the state. Resident doctors in medical colleges are on strike in protest against the Kolkata incident. Due to this strike called by doctors patients are suffering as doctors are not available in many OPDs.
