Dehradun: Due to the forecast of low to moderate flood risk in several districts of Uttarakhand, the State Emergency Operations Centre in Dehradun has advised all district magistrates (DMs) to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions. According to the forecast released by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), there is a possibility of waterlogging or flood.
