Ludhiana: Dugri police have registered a case of fraud against an accused who allegedly cheated a former Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) assembly candidate in a deal involving election posters and campaign material. The complaint was filed by Navneet Kumar, who stated that he had contested from the Ludhiana West assembly constituency and had set up.
