Bilaspur (Himachal) : Factionalism was evident during the celebration marking two years of the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh. While Congress state president Pratibha Singh was speaking on stage in Bilaspur, Bambar Thakur, a close aide of Virbhadra Singh and former Bilaspur MLA, interrupted her and prevented her from continuing her speech. This brought frustration.
