Ludhiana: The Directorate General of GST Intelligence (DGGI), Ludhiana has arrested a Khanna based scrap trader for a fake billing scam worth Rs 314 crore. The accused has been identified as Manoj Gupta of Khanna. He operates his business from Mandi Gobindgarh. According to the officials, Gupta is accused of masterminding a large-scale fraudulent operation.
