New Delhi: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has identified the distribution of a fraudulent document that is falsely attributed to the Council. Titled “Official Notification- Mandatory Minimum Fee Structure for Advocates in India,” and dated February 15, 2025, this document claims to introduce a mandatory minimum fee structure for advocates, set to take effect.
