Punjab: Former Punjab Chief Minister and Jalandhar MP Charanjit Singh Channi conducted a surprise inspection along the Sutlej river in Jalandhar around midnight on Monday. Channi streamed the entire operation live on social media. He alleged that upon reaching the riverbank, he found huge piles of sand and claimed that heavy machinery was being used.
