New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday agreed to examine a plea filed by Suheldev Bhartiya Samaj Party (SBSP) MLA Abbas Ansari seeking bail in connection with a criminal case lodged against him by the Uttar Pradesh Police under the stringent Gangsters Act.
