Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) president Sukhbir Singh Badal has appointed two retired patwaris as Halka In-Charges of Bathinda Rural and Budhlada constituencies, as the party continues to strengthen its organisational structure in Punjab ahead of the 2027 Assembly elections.
