Chandigarh: The Punjab and Haryana High Court has imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh on the Haryana Education Board. The High Court termed the functioning of the board as insensitive. The applicant’s biometric attendance was not recorded due to an allergy, and his result was cancelled. A petition was filed in the High Court.
