Shimla: The rain havoc in Himachal Pradesh continues, with over 213 roads closed in the state in the last 24 hours. The National Highway 707, which connects Shillai in Sirmaur district, has been closed since last night at a location called Uttari. Despite efforts, the road remains closed in Uttari, forcing people in the area.
