Chandigarh News: The Punjab and Haryana High Court has issued notices to the Punjab government and other respondents seeking their response on the anticipatory bail plea of Bharat Inder Singh Chahal, a close aide of former Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh, in a disproportionate assets case. Bharat Inder Chahal had filed a petition.
