Shimla: Western Disturbance (WD) will be active in Himachal Pradesh from tomorrow night. Its effect will be visible on the mountains for the next four days. Due to WD being active, rain and snowfall is forecast in most parts of the state, especially on 20 February. According to the Meteorological Department, there may be rain.
