Shimla: Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, on Monday expressed strong displeasure over the alleged misbehaviour with Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi in Seraj’s Thunag area, and said that Congress party will not tolerate any insult to the national flag. Talking to the reporters in Shimla on the sidelines of cabinet meeting Sukhu said.
