Ludhiana: Amarinder Singh Raja Warring, the President of the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee and the Member of Parliament from Ludhiana, today laid the foundation stone for the much-anticipated upgradation of the Jagraon to Hathur via Dallaha, Mallah, and Chakar road (T-01). This 24.58-km stretch of road, set to be upgraded and maintained under the Pradhan.
