Angry over the evacuation of Shambhu and Khanauri borders of Punjab and Haryana from the possession of farmers after 13 months, Kisan Mazdoor Morcha (KMM) and Sanyukt Kisan Morcha (Non-Political) today tried to surround the house of Cabinet Minister Mohinder Bhagat in Jalandhar.
