Uttar Pradesh: The Union Minister of Railways, V Somanna, on Thursday said that the misuse of emergency chain by seven people in train led to the jalgaon train tragedy which killed around 13 people and injured six persons on Wednesday. The incident occurred on Wednesday evening in Maharashtra’s Jalgaon when passengers of the Pushpak Express.
