A three-member parliamentary committee set up to investigate allegations against Justice Yashwant Varma is expected to submit its report during the upcoming Monsoon Session of Parliament. The panel was constituted by Om Birla to examine the grounds for the judge’s removal following a controversy involving the recovery of burnt currency notes from his official residence.
