Ahead of the Punjab Assembly elections, Khadoor Sahib MP Amritpal Singh has received a major reprieve from the Amritsar District Court. Amritpal Singh, who is lodged in Dibrugarh Jail in Assam, will now be able to communicate with his ailing grandmother via video call. The court has granted him permission for a 10-minute video call.
