Uttarakhand: A case of alleged fraud has come to light from Kashirampur area of Kotdwar, where a woman is accused of taking large amounts of money from local women in the name of running a registered chit fund and then disappearing. So far, 24 women have complained that they deposited amounts ranging from Rs 5.
