Guwahati: Assam Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya on Friday administered the oath of office and secrecy to 12 ministers in the cabinet headed by Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, completing the formation of the new state government following the NDA’s emphatic victory in the recently concluded Assembly elections. The swearing-in ceremony was held at the Srimanta.
