A young man was murdered in the Begowal region of Kapurthala, Punjab, after he demanded the return of ₹40,000 he had lent. The Begowal police have registered a homicide case against a couple and initiated further actions. In a statement to the police, Kulwant Singh, a retired Army personnel residing in village Nangal Lubana, disclosed.
