In the border district of Panipat in Haryana, a 12-year-old innocent and helpless girl was sexually assaulted by her own maternal uncle. The incident came to light when, around 9 PM on Thursday night, the girl, lying on the roadside in a dazed and semi-conscious state, called out to passing strangers saying 'uncle, uncle'.
