New Delhi: India and China held the 24th round of the Special Representatives’ dialogue on the Boundary Question here on Tuesday and agreed on a series of measures to improve bilateral ties including setting up a Working Group, under the WMCC, to advance effective border management in order to maintain peace and tranquillity in India-China.
