The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a charge sheet against a key aide of designated terrorist Lakhbir Singh alias Landa of the banned Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) organisation and dreaded gangster Pavittar Batala in a Punjab terror conspiracy case.
