Shimla: A total of 34 accused have been detained under the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (PIT-NDPS Act) this year by Shimla district police as part of a sustained crackdown on repeat drug offenders, officials said.
