Every year on 11 July, World Population Day is observed throughout the planet Earth because in 1989, United Nations decided to raise awareness about populationrelated issues and their impact on sustainable development. The occasion serves as a reminder that population is not merely a matter of numbers but also of human development, resource management, gender.
